All commercialized services, such as accommodation, programs, tours, excursions and transfers are subject to the general conditions and policies of each service provider, which are informed in the conditions of the program or at the time of confirmation of services. Please check them before buying and paying. However, the company applies a charge of 5% plus VAT on the value of land services and 15% plus VAT on the value of the direct hotel, for administrative expenses, independent of the operator or hotel expenses.

It is the responsibility of the passengers to check medically their physical capacities and limitations, in order to have a compatible physical state according to the levels of demand of each excursion or outdoor activities.
GreatChile.com is not responsible for accidents resulting from recklessness of passengers, as well as robberies, thefts or losses to passengers during any program, trip or excursion.
