It was a great experience with Great Chile, easy, fast and clear communication. When I had some delayed flights and I contacted company for farther instructions, I got fast respond even on the weekend. Everything went as planed and definitely recommend Great Chile.

Claudia is great. She helped us choosing the right tour for Patagonia and the Desert. When two of our tours were canceled due to severe weather, she informed us, requested refunds, and gave us other sightseeing options to explore. She is very professional and very kind to us. Fechamos o pacote completo do circuito W de 5 dias com a Great Chile (refúgios, alimentação, transporte e navegação Glaciar Grey), além da navegação para a Isla Magdalena. Ainda em 2025, quando começamos a comunicação com a Claudia por WhatsApp e e-mail para as reservas, as respostas foram ágeis e atenciosas. A empresa acaba fazendo um papel intermediador de compra dos pacotes com as empresas que operam os passeios (Vertice Travel para o W, e Fiordos del Sur para a Isla), o que acabou sendo um facilitador para nós, que não tínhamos viajado para a Patagônia Chilena anteriormente e nem tínhamos experiência com reservar de campings, então pela comodidade de ter tudo pronto, o custo-benefício valeu a pena (do contrário, teríamos que reservar os refugios, alimentação, etc por nossa conta, e são alguns detalhes para que nada saia do esperado, mas provavelmente sairia muito mais barato). Fizemos o circuito no início de fevereiro/2026, e a experiência foi maravilhosa, sem imprevistos, recomendaria a Great Chile amigos e familiares. O Parque Nacional Torres del Paine é um espetáculo à parte. Já de volta à Punta Arenas, infelizmente não conseguimos fazer o passeio da Isla devido ao mau tempo (muitos ventos), o que é compreensível. No entanto, o único ponto negativo de toda a viagem foi que não fomos avisados desse cancelamento (seja por parte da Fiordos del Sur, ou da Great Chile), o que nos gerou frustração no dia previsto para o passeio. De qualquer forma, solicitamos o reembolso e em poucos dias já havíamos recebido o estorno. Pela nossa experiência, a empresa é de confiança!
