Although I ended up not using this company (was trying to book the impossible of Paine del Torres 4 week from arrival) my interactions with them, their knowledge, and quick response was exemplary. Even after I had to tell them that I'm going to have to wing it on my own, they replied back with a full Laundry List of WHAT I'd have to do on my own to ensure a successful visit (with links to sites)! Now that's a class operation.

GreatChile’s planning of our W-trek (4 days/3 nights) in Torres del Paine in January 2026 was perfect. Many details needed to fall in place and everything was very well organized. The booking confirmation took a little long - about 3 weeks - but from there everything went smoothly and communication was easy, quick and clear in English. Would not hesitate to use GreatChile again.
